Eric Reid represents established businesses, insurance carriers, municipalities, government entities, and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on defending claims related to general liability and employment and labor. He has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and prevailed on submissions to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Eric has extensive experience handling every stage of the litigation lifecycle, from initial analysis and discovery to final resolution and appeal. Beyond his general liability practice, he has successfully handled complex, multiparty personal injury matters as well as employment and labor law matters brought against public and private entities in state and federal court.
His litigation foundation was built as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where he successfully handled a wide variety of cases.
