Evan Morsch represents insurance companies in coverage litigation related to first- and third-party claims. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving property damage and casualty, as well as subrogation disputes. Evan’s deep understanding of insurance law, policy, and practice enables him to effectively guide clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation risk analysis and mitigation. In addition, Evan is experienced in handling matters involving the energy sector and municipal liability. 

Before joining Wilson Elser, Evan worked at a firm in Midland, Texas, where he gained valuable experience handling complex litigation for business clients concerning contracts, insurance, employment, bankruptcy, securities, and energy law. During law school, Evan was a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in Waco, Texas. He sharpened his research and writing skills by working on two of the school’s scholarly law journals.
