Nicholas McCann (Partner-Seattle, WA) presented “21st Century Supply Chain Performance: The U.S. DOT’s Freight & Logistics Optimization Works” at the 93rd Annual Meeting of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals held June 25–28, 2022, in Kansas City, Missouri. Nick discussed the U.S. Department of Transportation's data-sharing initiative, which was launched on March 15, 2022. The initiative is focused on multi-modal data standardization and optimization in the U.S. supply chain from the ports to inland freight.
