Harriet Farber Klein (Of Counsel-Madison, NJ), J.S.C. (Ret.), will serve as moderator for the July 30, 2025, “A Midsummer’s Refresher in Chancery,” an NJICLE seminar held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick and Online. In addition, Harriet will speak on procedures for filing an order to show cause and requesting injunctive relief. This course is designed to demystify the legal process that lands a case at the feet of the judge hearing chancery, foreclosure, and probate matters. Topics include the historical perspective and equity jurisprudence and practice tips on successful litigation in the Chancery Division. The material will be appropriate for newcomers to chancery, occasional practitioners, and seasoned practitioners seeking to refresh their skill sets.
