Daniel Tranen (Partner-Missouri/Edwardsville) will present “An Update on Opioid Litigation and Coverage Issues” to claims handlers at Coverys on September 26, 2019.  The presentation will cover the breadth and scope of the opioid crisis and litigation and the involvement of hospitals and physicians, including risk management. Daniel also will address coverage issues flowing from the opioid litigation with a focus on the Coverys insurance form.
