Jonathan Meer (Partner-New York, NY) will lead a panel titled “Artificial Intelligence Impact on D&O Risk” at a New York Bar Association Symposium on May 16, 2025: Insurers’ and Insureds’ Perspectives on Current Issues in D&O Liability 2025. Jonathan's panel addresses the current regulatory landscape of AI impacting media and technology, claims, securities issues caused by the use of AI, and the use of AI impacting insurance and workflow of companies. The event includes panels of insurers' representatives, insureds' advocates, and plaintiff and defense counsel, providing a balanced perspective on current and future exposures facing corporations and their D&Os, the D&O insurance marketplace, and the coverage afforded for these types of claims. Jonathan is continuing his role as program chair for the entire NYC Bar Association Symposium.
