Otis Felder (Of Counsel-Los Angeles, CA) will speak on “Boat Rental Best Practices” at the 49th Annual Marine Recreation Association Educational Conference & Trade Show in partnership with California Association of Harbor Masters and Port Captains. The event will take place on October 11–13, 2021, at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California. Otis will discuss rental agreements, indemnity provisions and marine insurance.
