Jana Farmer (Partner-White Plains) will join Gregory Pan, head of legal affairs at (RED), a nonprofit formed by Bono of U2 to end AIDS, at a webinar sponsored by the Center for Art Law and the Intellectual Property Section of the Asian American Bar Association of New York on December 11, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. ET. “Buck for Your Art: Legal Tools for Turning Art into Profit” will highlight ways to ensure that artists get fair value for their creations and brands from sales, consignments and licensing in the traditional and digital marketplaces.
