Christopher P. Flanagan (Partner-Boston) will be a featured panelist at the Council of Litigation Management (CLM) event entitled, “Innovative Resolution Strategies for Risk, Claims and Legal Professionals,” being held at Boston’s Museum of Science on Thursday, September 15, 2011. Mr. Flanagan will share the stage with six other professionals including attorneys, insurance company executives and corporate risk managers. The event will kick off with a panel presentation from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. followed by a networking reception from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Mr. Flanagan’s practice focuses on commercial and complex tort litigation, with an emphasis on product liability, professional liability, general liability, construction, aviation liability, employment practices liability, and trucking and transportation liability. He represents businesses, property owners, schools and individuals in a variety of actions in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine.
