Gene Boulé (Partner-New York) will present courses at the School of Mediation during the CLM’s 2019 Claims College to be held September 4−7, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland. The three-day event for claims professionals features eleven different schools offering instruction by some of the industry's top professionals in multiple disciplines. Gene is one of the founders of the School of Mediation and serves as an instructor every year. Students in the School of Mediation receive instruction on identifying and preparing claims for mediation, techniques for a successful mediation and post-mediation issues.
