Lynsie Gaddis Rust (Partner-Louisville, KY | Nashville, TN) served as an instructor for the CLM Claims College held on September 7–10, 2022. Lynsie will instruct two courses for claims professionals in the School of Transportation:

• Level 1 "The Resolution of a Commercial Motor Vehicle Lawsuit Prior to Trial." Tips and strategies for approaching settlement negotiations in cases involving trucking accidents at every juncture from pre-suit to trial.
• Level 1 "The Trial of a Commercial Motor Vehicle Lawsuit." Tips and strategies for how to posture a trucking case from start to finish to achieve the best result at trial, including how to counter the popular "reptile" theories regarding trucking companies and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
