Marisa Trasatti (Partner-Baltimore) will join a panel on November 6, 2020, at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s Virtual 2020 Insurance Industry Institute (Virtual I-3), “Insuring 2021 from Virtual to Reality.” The panel members will walk the audience through the recent decisions involving GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and other state privacy laws, as well as recent legislation currently percolating. Marisa will be joined on the panel by Sean Griffin (Dykema) and Sarah Cushard (GreyCastle Security).
