Kathleen Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) will moderate and provide opening remarks in her role as Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) president and introduce “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Law Firm and the Path to Success,” a panel for the PBA on July 12, 2021. The roundtable discussion will focus on how diversity and inclusion is incorporated into large law firms. The panel will identify initiatives to eliminate barriers to diverse attorneys and define leadership paths to success.
