Jianlin Song (Of Counsel- San Francisco, CA) hosted a Medmarc webinar on July 27, 2021, titled “Emergency Use Authorization: What Manufacturers Need to Know and Do.” Jianlin discussed Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), a process used by the FDA to approve medical products in times of emergency. Many EUAs approved during the pandemic are now being revoked, and the webinar focused on these COVID-19 EUAs and their litigation implications. The webinar was attended by more than 100 Medmarc insureds.
