Jonathan Meer (Partner-New York, NY) is to present “Everyone Knows AI Is Hot” at the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association 2025 Conference to be held May 17, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The presentation will cover potential impacts of artificial intelligence on captive insurance programs and address AI's transformation of the workplace, government regulation of AI, pending AI-related litigations, and AI as a security/ confidentiality risk. The presentation also will address how insurance is becoming involved with AI and what organizations can do with the technology.
