Eugene T. Boulé (Partner-New York) will co-present “Expert Witness Depositions” at the Practising Law Institute’s full-day seminar, Fundamentals of Taking and Defending Depositions 2020, to be held March 5, 2020, in New York City and webcast live. By focusing on critical strategic practice tips, this program will equip junior and mid-level attorneys to prepare for, take and defend depositions. Eugene, who has participated in this event for several years, will discuss preparing to depose an expert witness and defending the expert during a deposition, as well as the uses for such depositions.
