Ross Ellick (Partner-White Plains, NY | New York, NY) will join a roundtable discussion on Group Captives at the Business Insurance World Captive Forum to be held February 9–11, 2022, at the Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, Florida. Small groups of attendees will have the opportunity to discuss topics related to captive insurance, with the ability to change tables or remain at one roundtable for three 25-minute sessions. Ross, who also serves on Business Insurance’s advisory board, will cover the different types of group captive insurance companies, entry costs and requirements, the benefits of participating in the group captive and the need for the captive member to align with the right legal counsel.
