Wilson Elser proudly served as the Title Sponsor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division inaugural Professionalism Showcase, held on February 8, 2025, at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida. The event took place during the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Annual Affiliate Outreach Conference, bringing together young legal professionals from across the state. This groundbreaking event highlighted the importance of professionalism in various legal settings, including courtroom appearances, client meetings, mediation and depositions, networking events, and day-to-day office interactions.

Ashley Wright (Associate-Orlando, FL), Governor for the 9th Judicial Circuit on The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, served as cochair of the event. In this role, Ashley led the full planning and execution of the Showcase. She was instrumental in organizing the event’s unique format, which featured "Profilers" – young lawyer leaders from across Florida – demonstrating professionalism through attire, confidence, decorum, and competence in different legal settings. Ashley also coached the Profilers on how to present themselves with poise and presence while walking the runway. Special guest speakers included Florida Supreme Court Justice Jamie Grosshans and Jeffrey Ampratwum, celebrity stylist and professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.
