Tom Tobin (Partner-White Plains) will lead a discussion with in-house counsel who recently were involved with NTSB investigations at the American Gas Association Legal Committee’s closed session on July 13, 2019.  The committee will meet at Lake Tahoe, California, before the opening of the AGA’s 2019 Legal Forum to be held July 14-15, 2019. Tom represents seven of the eight companies involved in such recent investigations.
