Elis Rojas (Associate-Miami) will join a panel on “Issues and Discussion with Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP)” at the  74th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference, sponsored by the Workers’ Compensation Institute in Orlando, Florida,  August 13−14, 2019. Attendees will hear about industry updates and critical OWCP protocol in an interactive environment. The panel will address the information and procedure required by the OWCP from both claimants and claims adjusters as well as methods to potentially reduce unnecessary conflict and litigation in the pre-referral process.
