Scott Stopnik (Partner-Manhattan/White Plains, NY) will join a panel titled “Litigation Funding and Its Effect on Resolving Construction Accident Claims” at the Perrin Conferences North American Construction Summit, January 17–18, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The panel will define litigation funding and who uses it; the states in which litigation funding is permitted; how litigation funding is regulated; and whether litigation funding is discoverable and admissible.
