Daniel M. Braude and Thomas W. Tobin (Partners-White Plains, NY | New York, NY) will present at the 44th Annual AGA Legal Forum to be held July 26‒27, 2021, in Boston, MA. Their presentation will address the National Transportation Safety Board’s (NTSB’s) recommendations on how to reduce the likelihood of natural gas pipeline disasters.
