Jeremy M. Buchalski (Associate-New York) will co-present on the issues surrounding medical marijuana in workers' compensation at the 2019 CLM Workers’ Compensation Conference to be held May 21−23, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. In “Riding the Green Wave: Navigating the Intersection of Medical Marijuana, Politics, Medicine and Workers' Comp,” Jeremy will explore the most recent developments in medical marijuana and workers' compensation with a particular emphasis on legal issues, legislation and real-world perspectives from the insurance industry, business and medicine.
