Jade Park (Associate-Seattle, WA) will present at an upcoming Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Members’ Roundtable on April 4, 2023. She will be joined two other attorneys for an informative discussion of Washington’s joint and several liability statute, and the applicability of the Rollins/Tegman jury instructions in premises liability cases involving intentional tortfeasors.
