Marisa Trasatti (Partner-Baltimore) will co-present “Social Inflation and the Litigation That Follows,” a May 15, 2020, webinar presented by DRI: The voice of the Defense Bar. Marisa will explore the concepts behind social inflation − the increase in the number and severity of insurance losses due to social factors − the factors driving the cultural shift in society, and the various issues driving the current legal climate.
