Valerie Kellner (Of Counsel-Philadelphia) will moderate the panel “Strengths-Based Leadership for High Performing In-House Legal Teams and Departments” at the FDCC Corporate Counsel Symposium held on October 22-24 at the Marriott Downtown Hotel in Philadelphia. The presentation concept arose from a 2013 Gallup report on the American workforce, concluding that most U.S. workers are not engaged or are actively disengaged at work, costing between $450 billion and $550 billion each year in lost productivity. Valerie’s panel will explore how identifying and using strengths in the workplace can result in high-performing litigation teams and legal departments, allowing companies to assemble teams strategically to leverage the strengths of all team members.
