Daniel Tranen (Partner-St. Louis) will moderate a panel which will present on “Supreme Court Impact on Med Mal cases: Dobbs and other cases” at the Crittenden Medical Liability Conference held at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown on April 12-14, 2023. Topics discussed include an overview of Dobbs and related state decisions and statutes impacting women’s health and emerging Med Mal risks involving telemedicine, fertility, stem cells and vigilante lawsuits. The panel will also address insurance coverage implications for disciplinary, regulatory and criminal proceedings.
