Kathleen Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia) is on the Host Committee and will participate in the American Bar Association’s 2024 Law Day program, “Taking the Next Steps: Ensuring Trusted Elections and Civics for Pennsylvanians,” held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on May 1, 2024. The event is a part of the ABA Task Force For American Democracy Pennsylvania Listening Tour, which encourages Americans to participate in upcoming elections and seeks to deepen their understanding of the electoral process. Topics discussed include “Nuts and Bolts of Free and Fair Elections” and “Strategies to Educate and Inform Citizens: Increasing Confidence in Our Government and Electoral Processes.” Kathleen is on the Host Committee as the past president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the past chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, in addition to her significant professional impact and demonstrated leadership in the Pennsylvania community. The joint program of the American Bar, Pennsylvania Bar, and Philadelphia Bar Associations is only one of three programs of its type in the United States.
