Anjali Das (Partner-Chicago, IL), co-chair of Wilson Elser's national Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice, has created a webinar titled “The Crazy World of Crypto” to be presented on February 9, 2023. With a nod to her recent series of Insights on “SIlent Crypto," Anjali will provide firm clients and carriers with a basic knowledge of the crypto-ecosystem, analyze the fall of FTX, examine the current state of U.S. regulation of the crypto markets, and address potential “silent crypto” exposure under traditional insurance policies (including D&O, lawyers, accountants, commercial crime and cyber).
