Boone Jr. (Partner-New York, NY) will now lead the panel, “The Growing Concern of Cannabis Impacting D&Os: The Risks and Emerging Markets for Coverage,” at the 16th Annual Directors and Officers Liability Insurance ExecuSummit Conference held September 13–14, 2022, at the Mohegan Sun Convention Center. The panel will address issues including the overview of claims against directors and officers, the evaluation of cannabis reform efforts in the United States, securities actions against cannabis companies, and ESG-related actions.
