Marisa Trasatti (Partner-Baltimore, MD) will join a panel for “The Post-COVID-19 Juror,” a March 4, 2021, webinar sponsored by the Maryland Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. Marisa will discuss how COVID-19 has impacted jury research and the formation of case trial themes. The panelists will review the tools developed as a result of COVID-19, whether we are now in a period of social deflation as opposed to the pre-2020 social inflation, and the future of nuclear verdicts.
