Kathleen Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) spoke on a Pennsylvania Bar Association panel presented by the Solo and Small Firms Section on July 28, 2022. Kathleen, immediate past president of the PBA, was joined by Jennifer Coatsworth, Zone One Governor, and Third Circuit Chief Judge Michael Chagares for a discussion on “The Wild and Wacky World of Civil Litigation.” Topics included state and federal litigation, including removal to federal court, an opinion issued by Judge Chagares; mediation in the Third Circuit; and district judges, class actions and multidistrict litigation.
