Heather J. Austin (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) will provide a disability update at the DRI Life Health Disability & ERISA Seminar to be held April 9–11, 2025, in Denver, Colorado. During the presentation, which is intended to guide in-house and outside counsel attendees on best practices in claim handling procedures and litigation, Heather will explore ERISA and non-ERISA disability cases decided by the federal courts throughout 2024.
