Kathleen D. Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia) spoke at Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) CLE program, “To Civility and Beyond: Elevating Civility and Professionalism within the Bench and Bar.”  The two-hour webinar included Eastern District of Pennsylvania Judges C. Darnell Jones II and Gene E.K. Pratter; the President Judge of the Superior Court of Appeals of Pennsylvania Jack A. Panella; Delaware County Judge William Mackrides; and retired Philadelphia County Judge Annette M. Rizzo. Kathleen’s focus was on her experience as President-Elect of the PBA, past Chair of the Civil Litigation Section, past Vice Chair of the Quality of Life Committee, and as a litigator at Wilson Elser. She discussed the ABA Report on Attorney Well-Being, the interplay of stress and lack of civility between well-being and behavior of civil litigators, and how mindfulness and well-being help lead to better life balance and less stress. More than 180 attorneys and judges were in attendance.
