Brian Del Gatto (Partner-AZ | CT | NY) will speak on several topics at the FR Insurance annual meeting to be held March 5–6, 2025. FR is an insurance program (captive) designed by Marsh to provide coverage to the Canadian transportation industry, especially those companies with cross-border U.S. exposure. The program is backed by Zurich providing insurance coverage for those risks. Brian is a founder Wilson Elser’s national Transportation, Cargo & Logistics Practice and its Canadian geo-practice. He will address, among other things, tort reform, shock verdicts, litigation funding, and AI expansion in the industry and its use in claims management and litigation.
