Jianlin Song (Partner-San Francisco) will co-present the webinar “Transition from COVID-19 Emergency: Demystifying the FDA Requirements to Keep Your Device On The Market” for Medmarc on April 25, 2023, which marks her fifth webinar designed for Medmarc insureds on FDA policies and regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jianlin will review the FDA’s final guidelines released on March 27, 2023, Transition Plan for Medical Devices Issued Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) and Enforcement Policies Related to COVID-19. Topics discussed will include the steps device manufacturers will need to take to transition their products out of the FDA’s EUA and temporary enforcement policies, and back to the traditional pre-marketing pathways, and the legal implications thereof.
