Jonathan Meer (Partner-New York) will lead a panel titled “What Coverage Concerns Keep Cyber Insurers Awake at Night?” for the Insurance Coverage Track at the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance Conference to be held in New York City on December 5, 2019. Jonathan's panel will include a number of cyber-industry leaders on the claims, underwriting and brokerage side.  Overall, the panel will emphasize key practical takeaways for insurers, brokers, and lawyers who address cyber coverage. Specifically, the panel will address the state of cyber insurance today, providing general statistics on cyber exposure, followed by practice points from a coverage perspective for social engineering fraud and data breach under a variety of policy types. The panel also will address the expanding scope of what is now being covered under a cyber-policy; and how cyber risks are being considered under different lines of insurance.

The Conference will be followed by the CLM Annual Holiday Party.
