Partners Mat Ross (White Plains) and Angela Russell (Baltimore), along with associates David Umansky (New York) and Tyler Martin (White Plains), were invited guests at PepsiCo’s Defense Panel Counsel Summit in Denver Colorado on October 7–9, 2025. The summit featured panels on various litigation trends, facilitated by counsel from around the country, and networking opportunities. Angela participated on a panel that addressed “hot” topics in litigation with other PepsiCo Regional Coordinating Attorneys. During the Summit, Mat received special recognition for his outstanding trial performance that resulted in a defense verdict in Kings County (Brooklyn) Supreme Court against a plaintiff who claimed $15 million in losses due to a warehouse fire. Mat will receive a gift from PepsiCo to acknowledge his efforts. David assisted Mat during the PepsiCo trial, and he and Tyler were invited to the summit in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
