Felicia Bouchard represents clients in a broad range of data privacy and cybersecurity matters. As a member of Wilson Elser's Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice, her primary focus is defending clients against cybersecurity and data privacy-related claims. Felicia specializes in advising clients facing actual or suspected cybersecurity incidents and data breaches. Additionally, she is well-versed in drafting strategic responses to various state and federal regulatory investigations and counseling clients throughout the process.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Felicia was an Investigator at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), where she conducted in-depth investigations into potential violations of the HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules. Previously, Felicia worked at a Massachusetts general practice firm, where she gained valuable civil litigation experience handling matters in a diverse range of practice areas.
