Geetpreet Singh Gill represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, premises liability, construction defect, and complex tort and general casualty. In addition, Geetpreet defends clients against motor vehicle accident and negligence claims. Before joining Wilson Elser, Geetpreet worked at a New York firm, where he represented insurance carriers in contract law disputes and the defense of claims in a broad range of practice areas. Previously, Geetpreet gained valuable experience at a boutique firm handling plaintiff-side cases with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
