Giselle M. Defalla

Giselle Defalla focuses her practice in civil litigation involving insurance and general liability defense of matters including personal injury, premises liability and automobile and trucking liability. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Giselle worked at a prominent, broad-based insurance defense firm where she handled matters in Florida state and federal courts in cases involving automobile liability, premises liability and other general liability claims. Previously, Giselle was staff counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. During this time, she was assigned primary and sole responsibility of a large caseload of personal injury cases, where she gained wide-ranging experience in oral advocacy, motion practice and effective litigation strategies.
