Glendon Foster represents insurance and private clients in all areas of civil litigation, including cases arising out of premises liability and products liability, as well transportation-related accidents involving tractor-trailers, delivery vehicles, non-emergency medical transport vehicles, buses, motorcycles and automobiles. During his career, Glendon has handled all types of injury-related claims, including wrongful death, catastrophic injuries and traumatic brain injuries.
In light of his extensive experience in handling high-exposure cases, Glendon is regularly retained by excess insurance carriers to serve as monitoring counsel. In this capacity, he provides insights on the potential exposure of the case and makes recommendations for settlement within the excess carrier's policy limits.
