Harley Clement represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation involving defense of claims related to general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, and transportation and automobile liability. 

Before joining Wilson Elser, Harley worked for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, where she gained valuable experience that enables her to aggressively and effectively litigate on behalf of her clients. 

While in law school, Harley served as the Executive Comment & Note Editor of the New England Law Review, was recognized as a New England Scholar, and completed internships at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. Attorney's Office.
