Robert Lesko (Partner-New Jersey) will present, “Deposition Techniques and Training,” at the 110th Annual Education Conference of the International Claims Association to be held September 22−24, 2019, in Denver, Colorado. In this two-part panel session experience trial attorneys will use video and other multimedia to demonstrate common deposition techniques and introduce effective countermeasures to be deployed by the witness. In Session 2, the attorneys will guide the audience through a simulated deposition examination based on a simple claims litigation hypothetical so that attendees can practice what they have learned.
