Jonathan Meer (Partner-New York) will lead a roundtable discussion on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) litigation and underwriting concerns for captives at the Business Insurance World Captive Forum, held in Orlando, Florida, January 24-26, 2024. Jonathan’s panel will discuss the particular risks and coverages implicated, how to effectively underwrite ESG exposures and how ESG plays into the investment strategy of the captive insurance company. Other topics addressed include corporate decision-making and disclosures in the spotlight, corporate accountability impact on litigations and the future implications of these ESG claims on captives.
