Joseph Baiocco (Partner-White Plains, NY) will co-present “Love Me (Some) Tenders” with Julie Beaumont, General Manager, Central Claims at Acuity Insurance at CLM’s AC23 Event in Tampa, Florida, on March 29–31, 2023. Attendees will receive a comprehensive overview of tenders of defense and indemnification, including why an entity or carrier should tender, strategies for effective tenders, and ideas for how to respond to and/or defeat tenders. This session will aid claims professionals in determining when to litigate tender issues and when they should partner with counsel to determine whether cross-claims or third-party actions may be prudent.
