Jae Joon Shin represents established businesses in all aspects of litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to transportation matters and toxic torts.

Before joining Wilson Elser as an associate, Jae was a law clerk at the firm. During law school, he was an active member of the Moot Court program, competing on the team and serving on the Moot Court Board for two years. Jae also worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and was selected as a Sack Fellow for Constitutional Law. Additionally, he gave of his time as a skills-based tutor in the Legal Education Opportunity Program (LEOP) and served on the Board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
