James I. Newman

James Newman handles general liability matters, including negligent security, uninsured motorists, automobile and trucking accidents, environmental property damage, premises liability and other general liability claims. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, James worked in the general commercial and civil litigation department of another firm, where he gained experience in cases involving contract disputes, premises liability, defective products liability, commercial auto negligence, negligent hiring and retention, construction litigation and wrongful death cases.
