James McKeon represents corporations, not-for-profit organizations and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability matters, with an emphasis on transportation litigation and premises liability disputes.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, James gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ralph J. Porzio in the Supreme Court of New York, Richmond County, Civil Term. In addition, James completed a clerkship with the Honorable Joseph J. Maltese in the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. Before his court work, James served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office.
