Jamie Tarallo focuses his practice on general liability in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, labor law, construction defects and personal injury.
Before joining Wilson Elser Jamie honed his legal skills as an associate of an insurance defense firm for more than five years, where he handled an extensive caseload from inception up to trial including but not limited to client relations, reporting, discovery practice, motion practice, court appearances, mediations and depositions. Jamie has extensive experience drafting discovery motions, dispositive motions, default motions and more.
During law school, Jamie interned with a personal injury firm where he drafted legal documents such as complaints, summary judgement motions, default judgment motions and answers, and conducted extensive legal research. In 2020, Jamie was a lecturer at a Defense Association of New York CLE regarding the discoverability of social media platforms and their importance in litigation.
